Refuse and recycling collections for Douglas over Christmas

Douglas City Council has announced the dates for its refuse and recycling collections over the festive period.
 
As Christmas Day this year falls on Monday 25 December, for those homes whose refuse collection would be on that Monday, the refuse collection will be done on Saturday 23 December instead.

Residents are being asked to place their refuse wheelie bin out on the evening of Friday 22 December for collection on the Saturday morning.

The same will be done for those whose refuse collection is on Monday 1 January 2024.
