A dental practice is seeking planning approval for a new surgery on Shore Road, Castletown.

 

The practitioners want to refurbish number 33, which the applicant says is in ‘disrepair’, and install two surgeries, an x-ray room, a cross infection room and a staff area.

 

The top floor would remain as a residential flat.

 

Parking would be available at a Castletown Commissioners car park and off street parking is within a one minute walk of the building.

 

It says the commissioners support the proposal and the planned surgery would benefit the residents of the new housing estates being built in the south.
