Work to start on replacing aged water main

Work will start today on replacing a water main in Douglas.

Manx Utilities said the phased plan of work will be carried out from Noble's Park to Mona Drive.

It will provide strategic support to water supplies for around 900 properties in the Douglas area.

Work begins today and will be paused for TT Practice week and race week, returning to complete all work by Manx Grand Prix practice week.
