Tesco limit sales of tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers

Tesco has followed some of its rivals in limiting how many tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers customers can buy.

The supermarket chain's introducing a cap of three packs per customer at its store in Douglas.

Aldi, Asda and Morrisons in the UK have taken similar steps.

Supplies of certain fresh produce are being hit by weather and transport problems in Spain and north Africa.
