Witness appeal to incident in Douglas

Police are appealing for witnesses following an incident in Douglas.
It happened at between 5:30pm and 7pm on Wednesday between Victoria Road and Loch Promenade.
Officers said a male is believed to have been shouting at members of the public during this time,
Anyone with information is asked to contact Police HQ on 631212 quoting investigation number 97/1546/23
