Flats plan for former pub

A former pub in the north of the Island could be turned into 10 new flats.

The Britannia Hotel in Ramsey has been shut since 2014.

Owners Heron and Brearley have applied to change its use and redevelop the site on the corner of Waterloo Road and Peel Street.

The company were previously refused permission to demolish the building in 2021.
