Jurby Coast Road to close for five weeks

Work on refurbishing the Jurby Coast Road will get underway next week.

The road will be closed between Bretney and Lhen Beach Roads for five weeks from next Monday (9th January).

The Department of Infrastructure will carry out ditching, edge trimming and full resurfacing of the carriagway.

Works have been deliberately timed to avoid a clash with Manx Telecom’s current communications works in the area.
