Investigation continues after man found injured

A police investigation is continuing after a man was seriously injured in Glen Vine yesterday.
Emergency services were called to the Peel Road near the Glen Lough Campsite at just before 2am.
The collision involved a car and male pedestrian, who police believe was walking home alone after a night out.
The pedestrian’s injuries are significant and the road was closed for a number of hours whilst services were dealing with the scene.
Two males are assisting police with enquiries.
